About Dao West

 

     Dao West was conceived along the riverfront in the Chinese-American Historic District of Walnut Grove, California, where movement and stillness exist side by side. Watching the river flow, I’m reminded of how we came to live in this small river town. Looking back, as we allowed things to unfold in their own time, life’s natural flow carried us here. 

 

Given space to unfold, my imagination brings me here—creating with all that is. And the great secret is this: you and I are the Way. Now—shall we have some tea? - E.M.
